Looks like they now have the comment online. My guess is the comment possibly arrived late (mail can take 2 weeks or more to get to an office on Capitol Hill) given they are scanned offsite for security etc.

I sent a copy of my comments to Tim on the same day I mailed it to the comments address.
My letter doesn't sem to be among those they list. I wonder why.
I also wonder if others had the same thing happen.
