Looks like they now have the comment online.  My guess is the comment possibly arrived late (mail can take 2 weeks or more to get to an office on Capitol Hill) given they are scanned offsite for security etc.

When did you submit your comments?  They were due to the Copyright Office by 5:00pm EST. on Monday (Jan. 31).

I sent a copy of my comments to Tim on the same day I mailed it to the comments address.  

My letter doesn't sem to be among those they list.  I wonder why.

I also wonder if others had the same thing happen.
