And then there are those Fontana pressings of the early stereo Szells,from Germany and Holland.I even have one as a Bertelsmann club pressing.
Not to mention the CBS/Coronets from Australia.The stereo Bruno Walters I have,all have unique covers.If these were similar rock records,they'd all be worth a ton of money.

A full page ad in the 1957 Schwann Artist Issue (published in Dec 56) shows Szell and the Cleveland as one of the "Great Artists now recording exclusively for Epic." The catalog lists 4 Epic releases among 13 Columbia releases, so the changeover had been recent.
