One option is www.sounddevices.com Wave Agent software. It will
interleave/de-interleave up to 12 channels. This is for Windows.
Your DAW software should be able to do that, although perhaps not via a
batch.
There are some programs that will do that on the Mac and they are
mentioned in message 140 here
