I'd like to thank everyone who took the trouble to answer my question 
about the date/time in PREMIS events.    I think I would summarize the 
responses as, "Yes we think this might possibly have some use, but not 
enough to want to change the data dictionary for it."   I can go along 
with that and will not suggest a change to the Editorial Committee.

Also, I'm told someone at LC is looking at Saasha's comment about the 
schema.
