In some rare book cataloguing, line breaks have been indicated as an aid to
identification , but I've not seen that outside rare book cataloguing.
One difficulty with the practice is that the "/" conflicts with its
use in ISBD. Perhaps that is why LC's "Descriptive Cataloging of Rare
Books does not have that practice?
For purposes of machine searching, capitalization and font make no
difference. It's fine to transcribe titles in sentence mode in order
to have easily read hitlists.
