I don't believe this is a situation "where the author uses two totally
different names to publish." I don't have "the rules" in front of me
so I can't quote from them, but separate bibliographic identities are
cases where an author uses a different name (not just a different form
of the same name, which is what see-refs are for) to write about
different topics or for different audiences. In this case I see one
work from 1993 using "Yuejin." There is another from 1995, but I don't
know if it's the same person.
GLS: a parallel case might be the director Tarsem Singh, whose name appears in the credits for "The fall" as just "Tarsem; that's a 400 on no2008016664.
