Hi Shai,
14" is/was used for mastering of 12" LPs, and when they are part processed
they are superfluous to the record company or mastering studio and are only
used as scrap. You ought to be able to get some, possibly having them scratch
the surface to complete the damage from creating the first negative.
But probably the easiest would be to obtain discs of this dimension as either
aluminum sheets or polycarbonate sheets (when from Bayer: Makrolon) cut to
order. It obviously depends on what you need them for, and acrylic sheet
(Perspex, Plexiglas) might work. There are suppliers to the industry who can
cut circles like that.
