Mac, thanks for adding to the goals. It would be great to keep a list
somewhere - maybe there should be a bibframe wiki?
Both your list and mine have a mix of data format considerations and
goals for eventual applications. Those should probably be different
lists, and the data format could be "measured" against how well it
might serve the eventual applications. It may not be possible to
achieve absolutely all of our application goals, but we can't make
informed choices unless we know what those goals are.
