Tom,
Always happy to see someone promote good green projects! Also, just saw
your family name when I pulled out Dick Hyman's "Age of Electronicus"
album ! We made a loop of the first 4 seconds of "Give It Up or Turn It
Loose" to produce the bed for a news promo at KUHF in Houston, back in my
mis-spent youth! Belated thanks from the staff for helping us hone our
razor blade skills!

Hi Marie:
What about using a hardwood frame, kind of like a "fruit box" type
construction, to reinforce the
plastic bins? You might even find someone who will make "green" (recycled)
frames using old pallets
(pallets use a lot of old-growth wood and it's a Good Thing to recycle them
if it's at all
economical). I'm thinking, this way you use less wood, have no direct
disk-wood contact, and
continue to use your plastic bins so not having to toss them.
