The Moog album on Command by Richard Hayman is also cool, it's got a Latin flavor.
Some people really like the Warren Kimes albums too, which are more rock-poppy than early-60's
Command fare. Enoch Light gets an unfair rap about the string-heavy stuff from the early 60's, but
he changed with the public tastes just as quickly as his old cohorts at Command. Listen to "Brass
Managerie" on Project 3 records, for example. Also, Command gets unfairly lumped into "bachelor pad"
or "easy listening" when there were plenty of jazz-centric albums and songs. Remember that the
musicians were the cream of the crop and were mostly guys who considered themselves jazz men first
and foremost.

"The Minotaur" was always one of my favorite tracks from that freaky album, along with the quirky
5/4 rhythm of "Topless Dancers of Corfu." Too bad there's no video of that one.
