Thanks, I misread you. When I saw 'Skyriver version' I had in mind local version of a Skyriver (as opposed to OCLC) record. Sorry!

Since 590 is a local note, I assume it would not be added by SkyRiver
to their record when comparing with the client record. But I will
pass the question along.
Seems to me we would not want 590s added. If the note applies to the
whole edition, it should not be 590, which should be limited to
something which applied to that library's copy only, such as
"Autographed by author".
