This notice initiates the 2 week community review period for the Ex Libris Rosetta METS Profile. This profile describes the rules and requirements for using the Ex Libris Rosetta METS Profile to describe Intellectual Entities (IE). The METS structure map allows describing hierarchy of files within a representation (for example, a logical table of contents of a book). The content files may be of any format type, e.g. audio, image, text, or video, and there can be any combination of formats within a single IE. All IEs in Rosetta are represented in METS files and stored in the Permanent Repository. This profile has been developed by Ex Libris LTD., Gan Technology 8, Malcha Jerusalem, Israel.
