Hi Ken,
I'd love to hear any feedback you have on trying to use SNAC's xslt which I hope does have the most common elements mapped and will output simple HTML for basic display. You should be able to use just the XSLT w/o all of XTF with the files below
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/cpf2html.xsl?r=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/iso_639-2.xsl?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/iso_639-2_list.xml?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/google-tracking.xsl?name=xtf-cpf
I'll admit the XSLT might seem sort of complex, especially considering in addition to the files above, the files below are also required; but I tried to factor the HTML template out in a way that is should be pretty easy to customize the HTML
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/html-template.html?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/cpf2html.css?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/golden-grid-css/reset-min.css?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/golden-grid-css/golden-min.css?name=xtf-cpf
http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/source/browse/cpf2html/golden-grid-css/typography.css?name=xtf-cpf
It has only been tested with EAC-CPF done to Daniel's specifications for the SNAC project (well, somewhere on slideshare I saw a slide that made it look like someone else is using this XSLT as well); but if you find it does odd things with valid EAC-CPF please do file an issue and I'll take a look http://code.google.com/p/xtf-cpf/issues/list
Thanks -- Brian
