Hi,

I am archiving an art historians archive in which her research papers on 
individual artists include exhibit catalogs as well as some posters and 
large fliers. The exhibit catalogs are going to be put into the Arts' 
Library exhibit catalog section, if the library does not already have 
it. If the Arts' Library already has the exhibit catalog it will stay in 
the folder. There are also posters and large fliers that are going to be 
put into the" posters and large fliers" section in the art historians 
archives but move from the original artist folder and research series 
into a different series in the same collection. I am uncertain about 
using this tag  (<separatedmaterial>)
to note that the materials have been moved. Does anybody have any ideas 
on this?
