Chris,

I am interested in pursuing this as a journal, cooperative blog, something. Whether or not this is something that can be gotten off the ground I don't know. At this point I am trying to put together an editorial board. If I can do that then the board can start exploring options and see where we might be able to go. Are you interested in joining me in this venture as a member of the editorial board?

Same here.

I do think there is scope for this kind of journal, but as with any other journal, its success would depend largely on the energy of the editor and editorial board in soliciting articles and ensuring that they meet a high standard of quality.
