From the NACO Participant's Manual, 670, IV, Citing imprint or other date:

The date in the authority record does not include brackets even when
they are used on the bibliographic record.

Same source, 670, VI, Citing location of data found:

If the information comes from a specific page of a print resource or
digital reproduction of a print resource, cite the page. Omit
brackets when citing unnumbered pages.
