I saw Ella's last concert in San Francisco. She needed a lot of help getting onto the stage, but did herself proud from her stool all night long!
My all-time favorite geezer show was Dr. John a few years ago - he's not extremely old yet but the shriveled old guys playing horns with him were amazing! Barley creeping around but rockin the house when they played!
Bill Kirchen does an excellent sow to - just celebrated the 40th anniversary of Hod Rod Lincoln, and he burns it up regularly. But hey, he's only about 63 or so...
