Your message works here. When I hit "Reply" for your message I get the ARSCLIST e-mail address, which of course is what I want. But for several other members, including those who have been mentioned, I see their personal e-mail addresses instead.
I confess that I haven't checked the reply address box in the past because I just assumed the reply would go to the ARSC list. But now I suppose I'll have to check it. I don't want to have to, and I certainly don't want to have to delete e-mail addresses and put in ARSCLIST instead.
I'm sure this is all an unintentional misunderstanding of some sort, of the type you mention. (These days I am using Firefox, but I have the same experience with Internet Explorer.)

This is my experience to.
It is caused by the user not setting up his email client correctly.
Most email clients work as follows:
Mail & News preferences
There should be something like:
There you will find the following to be filled in by the mail client user:
Replay To Adress:
If the Replay To Adress has been filled in, normally by the user email
adress then this email adress will ALWAYS come up as the replay to adress no
You fix this problem by leaving this field blank.
And it is only fixable by the email client user themself....no fiddling with
the ARSC server software will fix this problem.
