Hi Goran:

I am leaning more toward thinking the problem is web-based e-mail clients, which may use a different 
default for how the "reply" command works (and it may or may not be changeable by the user). I don't 
use web-based e-mail so I don't know enough about what standards (if any) apply to these clients to 
comment. A "standard" client like Outlook, Outlook Express and whatever the standard e-mail programs 
on Macs and iOS devices are, seem not to have this problem, if I am understanding what Roger and Joe 
and Dan have reported (I think they said they all use web-based e-mail; we haven't heard back from 
Bob O. yet).

The more we discuss this, the more I lean toward blaming non-standard software or software 
implementation, rather than end users.
