I was wrong.
It looks as if ARSCLIST IS munging the reply-to header in an odd way. It
appears after looking at a few messages that if there is a Reply-To in
the message it passes that through (good), but then if there is no
Reply-To in the message it is adding ARSCLIST... as the Reply-To.
So I do think you have it if you haven't added ARSCLIST as your Reply-To
then all is good.
