Hi Ben
Do not use a regular oven, only one that circulates the air so that heat
is evenly distributed around (food dehydrators are good for this). Most
European ovens have a Turbo setting that turns on a fan that does this.
After the usual warning applied, I haven't had any trouble baking
plastic reels but YMMV, so testing an empty reel is a good idea. Tapes
should be in the oven for at least 8 hours and then let them cool down.
If the tapes still stick repeat baking.
