The problem is YOUR messages have a "reply-to" field as your email address, so proper mail clients accept that for, err, replies.

Tom Fine (picking on him as his message was below yours) has the ARSC list as a reply to. I don't have anything in my reply to mail configuration so I would reasonably expect the list serv to place the list address there.
