I take your question to mean that you want to create EAD-conformant finding aids in a MARC environment. A few years ago, I wrote a book for people like you: https://rowman.com/ISBN/9780810851665
My book does not address the issue of crosswalking EAD and MARC, but if you combine it with this markup manual, you'll have most of what you need: http://www.oclc.org/research/activities/past/rlg/ead/bpg.pdf
I hope it goes well for you.

Subject: Multimimsy and EAD
Hello
I am currently investigating ways of creating finding aids that conform to the EAD structure but created within a collection database.
I would be interested to hear from people working with Multimimsy (MICA) as to:
1. their experiences with using it to generate finding aids 2. the procedures that they follow for creating finding aids.
Thanks
Theresa
