Hi Steve,
I get what you mean. He doesn't say anything about an actual appraisal
and I am not familiar with what "IRS approved" means in this context.
Still, there I'm sure that there are plenty of folk who would
otherwise be dumping them and the Beat Museum is a fun place to visit.
