Several people have been thrown off ARSC List for "repeated rejected postings" even though their
postings have made it. I'm waiting for this to happen to me because I get a rejection notice every
other posting or so. Also, I get repeats of most messages posted to the ARSC List, not all but most.
It seems to be a series of random or periodic problems. Ghost in the machine? DHS messing with
another government computer? What?
