Was there a big difference between the "home" cutters and the
ones used commercially? Was Edison like the disk labels who
produced a lot of custom cutters for various types of music?
I recently acquired a Triumph Model B in "attic find" condition
that I intend to restore and try recording on. I foresee that
finding (and affording!) an appropriate horn for recording will
be a major hurdle.
