Hi Robin,
I've been looking at version 2.2 of PREMIS too and I'd understood it that
these elements were repeatable but that you needed to repeat the whole
rights entity (see page 172) of the Data Dictionary. But maybe I've
misunderstood?!
It would be really good if the Data Dictionary contained complete examples
or that examples were provided on the PREMIS site for us to follow (sorry
if there are some already there and I've missed them).
