As far as I know, RIPM just took the titles under advisement, but have not moved forward on any of them. Sibley has been supplying RIPM with the journals that we have, but they haven't asked for any of those that I put forth. You can see a list of titles indexed to date here: http://www.ripm.org/titles_indexed.php5; and forthcoming titles here: http://www.ripm.org/forthcoming_titles.php.

Slightly different topic, but Jim Farrington had compiled a list of phonograph trade journal (Voice of the Victor, Phonoscope, Talking Machine World, etc) be be considered for inclusion in the RIPM (Retrospective Index to Music Periodicals) indexing/scanning project.
These are incredibly rare and ephemeral and while they used to be valued primarily by collectors, all sorts of social historians, musicologists, and others are using these types of primary source documents now. I don't know what ever became of Jim's RIPM proposal, but I think ARSC should continue to push for these to be included in RIPM or possibly investigate other avenues (Internet Archive?) for making them accessible.
