I'm trying to gauge the potential demand for new pi-boint styli for transferring metal parts. Expert Stylus doesn't make them, and it seems Stanton last made them in the early 1990s. They seem to be scarce and coveted by the few engineers and archives that own them.
I'm going to try and talk Expert into making them, but I'd like to tell them the potential demand. Stanton did make them in different sizes, but it's unclear to me what range of sizes would be needed for a well stocked collection to transfer a variety of metal parts (if you know this info, please share).
If you would consider buying them if they were to go into production again, please let me know off list.
