Since I haven't given this much thought lately (and I'd rather not heckle
the presenter of an RDA/NACO workshop), exactly what was *not* sensible
about pre-RDA NACO rules and could those aspects alone have been addressed
by RDA? That way most of the problems with "converting legacy records"
might be moot. Wouldn't they?
