I suppose. I just don't consider "an antagonist" to be "the villain."
Most ST movies (most stories of any sort, I suppose) have antagonists
at some level or another, sure. Rarely, though, is the antagonist a
villain and *the* topic of a ST movie. I think certainly fewer than
half of the movies follow that route. The rest are about struggles of
a much less personal nature, rather than against "the villain."
