If the Ronco record vacuum scratched records, then they were too cheap to put velvet "lips" on the
vacuum intakes. Or the suction was too powerful for the job at hand. Otherwise, the form-factor
isn't a bad idea, it's more compact than a VPI or Monks machine for sure.
As for the record "Rolodex," people today make due with good old fashioned milk crates.
