As a boy, our family would listen to classical 78 rpm recordings on Sunday afternoons, and this turntable was the player with the GE pickup head that is illustrated in the eBay listing. It brings back some wonderful memories, and my brother and I became lovers of that kind of music throughout our lives as a result of that exposure and education. What a gift!
