I too have had good results with Izotope RX. I recently used the declick algorithm to reduce the severity of some clipping. I have never used Cedar, I have only seen it demonstrated at AES.

Have you tried using iZotope RX? It's a fraction of the price of anything Cedar makes and gives almost the same results. I've used both and personally own a copy of iZotope Rx version 1. I haven't used Cedar in a few years now but I love using iZotope Rx for everything from restoration to my own experiments with sound design.
