I read that article earlier this week and wondered if anyone here has heard
these releases. They are getting thrashed by some listeners. Thanks for the
tip re. HD Tracks, Tom.
BTW, months ago folks were talking about the new remasterings of the
Bernstein/NY Phil Mahler cycle. I finally got that CD box and the sound has
astounding clarity. Tells much more about the technique, but fortunately
also more about the music making.
