Have you tried using iZotope RX? It's a fraction of the price of anything
Cedar makes and gives almost the same results. I've used both and
personally own a copy of iZotope Rx version 1. I haven't used Cedar in a
few years now but I love using iZotope Rx for everything from restoration
to my own experiments with sound design.
