You could do an AACR2 bib. record rather than an RDA record.
You could use the heading as it is in any case, remembering that the
*really* "primary thing to keep in mind" is that our records are
electronic and can be effectively "revised" (updated) at just about any
time by just about any cataloger, including one changing authority record
headings (and, if it applies, that our local edits need not match national
standards).
