All I'm saying is that the established heading was incorrect according to
AACR2 AND there was no justification given (or need) for the dates. It was
not incorrect (or considered unnecessary) under AACR2 to correct incorrect
headings or to add information justifying them. I'd guess the same would
be true of RDA records.
