Thanks, Mark!! That's exactly the sort of thing that I was looking for, but couldn't find. It doesn't seem to be linked from the NACO page, just the PCC page. Interestingly, searching for this page via keywords in its name ("interim policies") in the PCC generic search box is impossible--it brings up nothing. I did find out that the advanced search page *does* seem to work. Oh well...
