You are correct, this list is not the same. Nor does it reflect some of the findings of all of the early experimenters. These terms and the additional relationships which help make this more "Web like" and contextualize Work, Instance and Authorities, etc will be folded back shortly. 

To build off Kevin's point when he said "in-development, draft BIBFRAME vocabulary", we're taking an iterative approach and expect to release early and often.
