Has the PCC made any final announcement on how they're handling RDA
1.8.2 (Form of Numerals) and its alternatives?

LC's following the first alternative (transcribe number/date).
Somewhere in the great wash of PCC RDA documentation, I recall a
recommendation or two on PCC following 1.8.2, 2nd alternative
(transcribe number/date + preferred form of number/date).  But nothing
on official policy.
