Hi, Tore,
I think Mike Biel is referring to Mike Kanchalian (spelling?) He's your guy.
All the best,
Steve

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Broken cylinders
Dear list,
I have been asked by a friend of a friend about the possibility of digitalizing cylinders, some of them broken. I don't know who this person is, he is extremely secretive; all I have been told is that the cylinders are from the 1890s, are "bigger than ordinary cylinders", are unique, and "sensational" in its content, whatever that could mean. I have no idea of how much broken they are or how many items there are in all.
Where can I find the best expertise for this? Obviously it's a distance from Norway to US of A, and maybe I should look for a solution closer to home, but having seen a few presentations at ARSC conventions the last years I feel confident that I will find what we are looking for in the ARSC community.
All the best,
