I've got two of them. Reasons you might have to tweak them:
1) First uses unnumbered <c> elements
2) Second an AT resource record, which I can export as EAD <c01>, <c02>, etc.
Even if you have to tweak them, they might be a starting point and save you a bit of time. Unfortunately, I don't have access to them from home.
