Sorry for the cross-posting [see the message below] but i think we would all find this site of value. I am sure we are each aware of the IG reports for our service or agency but maybe don't know about of think about those for other services/agencies.

Subject: DOD Inspector General report on USAF F-22 Crash, and IG reports Browse Topics
The reports of the Inspectors General of the United States are federal publications that most of us don't know much about. But Inspector General reports show up in the news all the time. So we have created a new topic in Browse Topics on IG reports. Go into Browse Topics, choose the general topic of "Politics and Law," and then look for "Inspectors General Reports" and open it.
Now for the first news about an IG report to show up since we created this
topic: the DOD Inspector General investigated the crash of a F-22 on November 16, 2010. The issue was this: was the crash caused by the pilot or by a defect of the plane? To get to this report do this -
. Open the Inspectors General Browse Topic
. Open the second link identified as "This A - Z directory."
. Click on "D" and then "Department of Defense"
. Look at the (current) top left of the website screen for a blurb
about this report, click on the blurb, scroll to the bottom of it, and click the link to the report.
