A fuller form of name is the full form of:
a) a part of a name represented only by an initial or abbreviation in the form chosen as the preferred name,
or
b) a part of the name not included in the form chosen as the preferred name.

What's RDA's definition of "fuller form of name"? AACR2 cosidered the "number" of elements, not their "individual" fullness, so "R.L. Smith"
was as "full" as "Robert Lewis Smith".
