Good Morning All,

I am wondering if any libraries out there have copiers that are CAC enabled and also have been customized with the Binder Minder?  We purchased a Panasonic machine a few years back and added the Binder Minder to it to produce clear copies from bound items.  At the time of purchase, we were not obligated to have the machine CAC enabled. We are planning to move into a new facility in the next couple of years and our IT wants to replace the library copiers and they must be CAC compliant. Binder Minder is only compatible with a limited number of copiers so I am having a hard time getting IT to meet our needs. If you use the Binder Minder and CAC or another type of library copier (we did have a Xerox Digital BookMark but were not pleased with it although it may have gone through some upgrades since we purchased ours), I would appreciate hearing from you.
