I just joined the group because I had a similar question so it's ironic that
this was just discussed.
For recording information about migrations and normalizations we would like
to reference an external documentation file (similar to Pete's preservation
plan) because the information we want to record about the process is too
detailed to directly embed and would be highly duplicative given that the
same processes are done to lots of content. There doesn't seem to be a
logical place in the event schema to put this document reference but like
Evelyn I was thinking that eventDetail comes the closest. But since it's not
repeatable, the document reference would have to share the same enclosing
eventDetail with any information we want to directly embed about the details
of the event. Any advice is welcome.
thanks,
Andrea
