Likewise, I am sent on a way-back-machine seeing the three letters of
DAK. I purchased a fair amount of equipment from them, mostly based on
the ridiculously cheap prices. Somewhere in my graveyard of old
equipment, I have an equalizer selected from a DAK catalog that I
never really figured out how to use, but also never was willing to get
rid of, that I gave in to temptation for and bought some 30-ish years
ago. It was a small pleasure to find time to sit with the current
catalog and tentatively circle the items of interest and, on occasion,
actually order something.
