Dear Alan Carrier,
The lacquer that you have is not a broadcast document but rather a dub of
commercial material made on the dates cited. Toscanini never performed nor
recorded the GAYNE ballet music. The Beethoven Seventh with the NYPO is
probably a dub of a portion of the commercially released 78s or perhaps
taken from a broadcast of same.
