Thanks for clearing this up. I was away from my office when I posted; had I revisited Tony Olmsted's wonderful book on Asch and the lineage of his various labels, I would have refreshed my memory on this. I only remembered that DISC did not last long and Asch went bankrupt.
I see that since Tony's book came out, another one by Richard Carlin was also released, but I haven't, as yet, read it.
